Description of the machine
According to the signal of the optical bottle availability sensor the applicator separates a label using a mechanical label separation node.
The label is glued on a container and further pressed and straightened out by a rolling roller on the whole gluing surface.
Rolling using the rolling conveyor takes place additionally upon application of wrap-around labels.

- The automatic labeller PAKKA-3000EU is designed for application of self-adhesive label application on any form products moving on the container including on bottles, flasks, cans, boxes and other containers,
- It can be used for side or top label gluing as well as in versions for left-hand and right-hand equipment location. On customer demand two application nodes operating interrelated can be installed for application of two labels.
- If the customer has its own conveyor system then the automatic labeller can be built in the current system.
- The label application process is fully automatic and does not require operator presence.
