Oil filling line — Varnenskiy KHP (Soyuzpishcheprom)
Customer information
"Varnenskiy Grain Processing Plant" LLC is widely known in many Russian Regions as a large enterprise engaged in food production. History of "Varnenskiy Grain Processing Plant" LLC dates back in 1927. Currently the enterprise is included in the group of "Soyuzpishcheprom Association" LLC and the output range includes over 90 items (oil, pasta, grits, flour). All products are produced according to advanced technologies, approved standard technical documentation meeting the high scientific and technical level which is confirmed by many awards.
Project goals
Specialists of the vegetable oil department of the Varnenskiy KHP, settl. Varna, Chelyabinsk region, applied in Pakka company.
They faced the task of production increase of vegetable oils in PET bottles.
Upon that the customer always give preference to automation where possible and feasible by costs for equipment and without complication of the process of switchover from one container type to another one.
Implementation
2 filling lines had to be installed:
- The automatic line for oil filling in PET containers with capacity up to 2000 bottles per hour equipped with the automatic filling machine, automatic capping machine, labelling system and conveyors
- The semi-automatic filling line for less needed products with possibility of oil production in PET bottles with volume from 0.5 to 5.0 l.
The automatic line for oil filling in pet containers
Several equipment layout planning options have been developed for the automatic filling line. The option most successfully fitting into the current customer premises has been chosen as the result.
Operation of the automatic line for vegetable oil filling in PET bottles is shown on the video. Empty bottles are fed by the conveyor. According to the signal from the sensor counting bottle number the bottles are fixed on their necks. Filling heads are lowered to bottle bottoms to reduce product foam formation. Heads are smoothly lifted during filling to exclude head immersion in oil. Piston dosing mechanisms accurately measure off the required product amount in each bottle (+-1%). For east flushing the filling is equipped with CLAMP joints and it also has the “Flushing” mode. The automatic drip pan prevents “last drop” dripping on bottles.
На видео показана работа автоматической линии розлива растительного масла в ПЭТ бутылки. Пустые бутылки подаются по конвейеру. По сигналу от датчика, отсчитывающего количество бутылок, бутылки фиксируются за горловину. Заливочные головки опускаются до дна бутылки для снижения пенообразования продукта. Во время налива происходит плавный подъем головок для исключения погружения головки в масло. Поршневые дозаторы точно отмеряют необходимое количество продукта в каждой бутылке (+-1%). Для удобства промывки розлив оснащен CLAMP соединениями, а также имеет режим “Промывка”. Автоматический каплесборник предотвращает попадание “последней капли” на бутылки.
Semi-automatic filling line
The semi-automatic line shall ensure maximum versatility of used containers, location compactness, operation reliability and ease of maintenance.
Vegetation oil filling in 0.9 l bottles. Filling capacity is up to 800 bottles per hour.
Filling heads are lowered to bottle bottoms to reduce product foam formation. Heads are smoothly lifted during filling to exclude head immersion in oil.
Piston dosing mechanisms accurately measure off the required product amount in each bottle (+-1%).
For east flushing the filling is equipped with CLAMP joints and it also has the “Flushing” mode.
The automatic drip pan prevents “last drop” dripping on bottles.
The sunflower oil filling line (semi-automatic machine, 1.0 l)
PAKKA Semi-automatic line of oil filling in 5 liter bottles
For oil filling in 5 liter PET bottles it was required to ensure free bottle passage through the automatic capping machine designed for 0.5…1.5 liter containers.
The bypass conveyor was constructed for this purpose. Turning for compact location was performed using pushers at 90 degree angle.
Operator work is maximum convenient as it is not required to lift heavy oil bottles.
Для розлива масла в ПЭТ бутылки 5 литров небходимо было обеспечить беспрепятственное прохождение бутылок через укупорочный автомат предназначенный для тары 0,5…1,5 литра.
Для этого был реализован обводной конвейер. Для компактного размещения поворот выполнен с помощью толкателей под углом 90 градусов.
Работа оператора максимально удобна, т.к. нет необходимости поднимать тяжелые бутыли с маслом.
